本次貴儀實驗室XRD以及FE-SEM 機台認證將新增“筆試”，筆試通過者，才能上機考試，及格分數70分，未及格者，將補考一次。主要考基本原理。

XRD筆試時間：2025／8／18（一）12：00～13：00

FE-SEM筆試時間：2025／8／19（二）12：00～13：00

筆試地點：電漿薄膜中心1館3樓會議室

報名時間：2025／08／11～2025／08／15

報名地點:電漿薄膜中心2館2樓貴儀實驗室外

XRD筆試補考日期：2025／08／22（五）12：00～13：00

FE-SEM筆試補考日期：2025／08／25（一）12：00～13：00

Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that a written exam will now be included as part of the certification process for the XRD and FE-SEM instruments in our laboratory.

Only students who pass the written exam will be eligible to take the hands-on practical test. The passing score is 70. Students who do not pass the written exam will have one chance for a make-up test. The exam will focus on basic principles related to the instruments.

Written Exam Schedule:

• XRD Written Exam: Monday, August 18, 2025, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• FE-SEM Written Exam: Tuesday, August 19, 2025, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Location: 3rd Floor Conference Room, CPTFT  Building 1
• Registration Period: August 11 – 15, 2025
• Registration Location:2-203 lab Outside, 2nd Floor, CPTFT Building 2

Make-up Exam Dates:

• XRD Make-up Exam: Friday, August 22, 2025, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• FE-SEM Make-up Exam: Monday, August 25, 2025, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
