電漿與薄膜科技中心現已正式推行儀器設備線上登記使用紀錄的制度。為便於使用者進行登記，已將QR碼貼於各機台旁邊，敬請各位管理者協助宣導，並務必督促使用者於每次使用機台前，透過線上表單進行登記。

目前儀器設備紙本登記使用紀錄方式依然保留，若未來有意進一步整合為全線上登記系統，並取消紙本登記，敬請各機台管理老師與工程師朱登平先生聯繫，將由工程師協助進行系統調整與修改。

Center for Plasma & Thin Film Technologies has officially implemented an online registration system for usage records. QR codes have been posted next to each piece of equipment to facilitate users' registration. We kindly ask that all managers assist in promoting this system and ensure that users complete the online form before using the equipment.

The paper-based registration method will remain in place for now. If machine management teachers wish to integrate the system into a fully online registration process and discontinue paper registration, please contact Engineer Chu Teng-Ping, who will assist in making the necessary system adjustments and modifications.
